As many around me now know, J.C. is leaving. As he was packing, he apparently found a Sock Monkey kit that he had never made because it required sewing. So, he gave me the kit this past Monday and I made 1 of 2 Sock Monkeys (so far).

So this is a bittersweet post. On one hand, I have this cool new Sock Monkey. On the other hand, J.C. is leaving – tomorrow. Thank goodness for the internet though, because I can still whine to him even after he leaves!
