I made Snickerdoodles for the first time ever this weekend. They turned out really well and even Mark likes them.

Mark and I can never finish a full batch of cookies before they get too hard, so I’ll be brining some in with me to work tomorrow.

I have decided that I am going to make Banana Bread for the first time ever. So the first thing to do is to seek advice from anyone who has made it before. Any tricks that my Better Homes & Gardens cookbook won’t tell me? Is that likely to be a good recipe?

Also, what tricks are there to controlling when the bananas are ready? Is it best just to be patient and make the bread on the bananas time? I want to be sure I have the right color in the bananas before I try this out.
